I am still not satisfied about catching moving objects ... the speed effect is missing. The kart was having the max speed, which is 50kmph, which is relatively low - could this be the cause? Please help me out with suggestions.

Try a lower ISO and slow the shutter down a little...to get the motion from the rotating wheels while keeping the cart crisp.
